Seminar: How to Represent Yourself in Family Court
I am presenting at a Seminar focused on “How to Represent Yourself in Family Court” along with Gregory Foreman, P.C., on behalf of Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Charleston County Public Library (68 Calhoun Street). We will be focusing on explaining family court procedure to pro se litigants.
We will be focusing on explaining family court procedure to pro se litigants. Litigants or parties representing themselves in court without the assistance of an attorney are known as pro se litigants. “Pro se” is Latin for “in one’s own behalf.” There will be substantial written materials provided in an electronic format that attendees can use in their own cases.
The more pro se litigants know, the better they can represent themselves. If you know a pro se litigant who could use help, please inform him or her of this FREE seminar.
